Roger was most recently the Head of Healthcare Investment Banking in Europe, Middle East and Africa for Barclays Investment Bank. There, he founded the EMEA healthcare team and within three years, built if from scratch to one of the largest and most profitable healthcare groups in Europe. During Roger’s career he has held senior posts with Barclays, Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and SBC Warburg (now UBS) providing public and private M&A (buy-side & sell-side), restructuring, equity and debt financing, venture financing and derivatives including incentive payments structuring allowing him to be an incredibly resourceful force for his clients.

Roger’s has advised companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, Novartis, Roche, Pfizer, UCB, CSL and Dako to name a few, his deal making and execution track record coupled with his contacts and relationships throughout his career will be a key component for Pelican Point Capital as we grow our presence in the Life Sciences and healthcare space.
